Event Manager + Wedding Coordinator = Two Seperate Individuals Working Together on you Behalf

Too many times I have heard "Oh, my venue comes with a Wedding Coordinator!" Too many times I have also heard "My venue said they provided a wedding coordinator and they did nothing to help me but take care of the food and wait staff!"

Your Wedding Coordinator and your Event Manager should always be two different individuals that work TOGETHER on your behalf.  Your event manager will be able to give you vendor recommendations or suggest individuals that work well at their facility.  On the day of your event, your Event Manager will ensure any of their set-up is done according to the timeline, they will ensure that all of the proper staff is in attendance, that food and drink is set, they will facilitate the pouring of a champagne toast and will take care of their end of "clean-up." Event Managers will NOT be able to attend vendor appointments, prepare a budget, plan pre and post wedding events, assemble invitations, brainstorm original ideas, or scour e-bay, etsy and craiglist for that "perfect" item.  On your wedding day, your Event Manager will not have the time to ensure that you are eating, drinking, keeping to the timeline, they will not be able to deliver bride and groom gifts, run out for last minute items, facilitate procession, work with DJ or band for proper song selection, ensure ALL vendors arrive on time and ensure proper set-up, they will not be able to set up your guest book table and make sure that all the details that you have worked so hard on are executed.  Bash! Events NW will work with your Event Manager to ensure that all details and specifics are taken care of and done properly.  Having a coordinator and an event manager on the day of your wedding ensures that every aspect of your event will run smoothly and will help to create a seamless, fun and memorable event. Having both just gives the bridal couple and their families another level of expertise and quality.
